ThemeetingsaidChina"soveralleconomyisreboundingandimproving,withrecoveringmarketdemand,climbingoutputandsupply,stablepricesandemployment,andsolidadvancementinhigh-qualitydevelopment.

ThemeetingalsonotedthatChina"seconomicrecoveryhasbeenimpactedbyanincreasinglycomplexexternalenvironmentandslowdownsinglobaltradeandinvestment.Inresponsetothechangingeconomiclandscape,itisimperativetointroducepoliciesthataremoreeffective,itsaid.

Policiesmulledatthemeetingcenteredonfouraspects,namelyimprovingmacroeconomicpolicies,expandingeffectivedemand,strengtheningandoptimizingtherealeconomy,andpreventingandresolvingrisksinkeyfields.

Themeetingalsodeliberatedandadoptedanactionplantosupportfinancingfortechnology-basedenterprisesandadraftregulationonthesupervisionandadministrationofprivateinvestmentfunds.

Astechnology-basedenterprisesatdifferentdevelopmentstageshavevarieddemand,financialinstitutionsareencouragedtofurtheroptimizeproducts,marketsandservicestoprovidediversifiedrelayfinancialservicesthroughouttheentirelifecyclesofsuchenterprises,accordingtothemeeting.

TheprivateinvestmentfundsectorhasdevelopedrapidlyinChina,playingapositiveroleinservingtherealeconomyandsupportingentrepreneurshipandinnovation,themeetingsaid,addingthatspecializedadministrativeregulationswillhelpprotectinvestorsandsafeguardthehealthydevelopmentofthesector.
